The Boxing class is run every Monday evening by Joe Cooper, previous Amateur Boxing Association of England (ABAE) Kent Champion.

The class deals with boxing skills specifically designed for MMA, but also includes a great cardio workout and is a whole lot of fun.

The class is suitable for all levels of fitness and fighting abilities.
