Powerhoop Classes Powerhoop is a fitness tool that strengthens and slims your stomach, back, waist, hips, thighs and buttocks. It offers full-circle training for your core muscles that encircle the spine and provide structural support. And to top it all you have a group exercise that is so much fun that it keeps members coming back to the gym.
Classes available: Tuesdays 18:30-19:30 - £5 per session
Legs, Bum and Tums Legs, Bums & Tums is a toning and conditioning class for just about everybody. It’s perfect if you wish to add strength training into your aerobic workout. The simplicity of the class makes Legs, Bums & Tums a great starting point to develop strength and confidence, so fab for beginners. Hot sounds and compelling choreography keep you going through each workout.
Classes available: Thursdays 18:30-19:30 - £5 per session
Circuits A whole body workout to help shed those calories, circuit training is the most time efficient way to enhance cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance. Studies show that circuit training helps people to achieve their weight and fitness goals and maintain them longer than other form of exercise or diet.
Classes available: Wednesdays 10:30-11:30 & Saturdays 12:30-13:30 - £5 per session
Personal Trainer A personal trainer will help you achieve your fitness goals faster than you ever thought possible, using tried and tested personal training techniques will help if you are having trouble sticking to a routine, if you have been trying a new diet every few months and always end up back at the same weight, if you are tired of doing the same old workout and getting nowhere then Laura can tailor the fitness workouts to suit your lifestyle, no two people have the same lifestyles so you need a personal training workout to suit you and your situation.
