Our MMA classes teach the importance of synergy between stand-up and ground based fighting in a mixed martial arts environment.

The class focuses on adapting BJJ techniques for non-gi fighting, refining stand-up fighting techniques and take-downs, and sparring.

This lesson is great for anybody who wishes to fight MMA, or just for anybody who wants a massive amount of fun, with a gruelling workout thrown in.

The MMA class is taught by Black Belt Leo Negão and lead instructor Shane Burr, BJJ Purple Belt.
